He has an in depth knowledge and understanding on the practical issues of raising finance for infrastructure segment. Also, he possesses problem solving abilities and deal execution capabilities.

Mr. Ashwani Gupta has done his MBA from the Indian Institute of Planning & Management (IIPM), New Delhi. He holds around 3 Years of work experience in the Investment Banking industry in the areas like Debt & Equity raising via Private / Public route.

He possesses excellent relationship management skills and outstanding negotiation skills. His relations with the institutions like Banks and PE funds bring a lot of value add to the company.

Ms. Namita Gupta is a qualified BHMS. She has more than five years of capital market experience covering both equity and debt.

On the equity side she holds core merchant banking experience which includes issue management, document preparation, due diligence, capital structuring, preparation of research reports, investor presentations, issue marketing and final discussions with the investors.

On the debt and restructuring side her experience includes research on the debt market and structuring of the bankable information memorandum.

Ms. Geeta Arora has done Post Graduation from National Institute of Bank Management, Pune. She is having an experience of more than 3 Years in the areas like Debt & Equity raising via Private / Public route. She is having an experience of 2 ½ years with Bank of Baroda as Manager (Credit). During her tenure with Bank of Baroda, she handled large corporate accounts including Larsen & Toubro Limited and Jindal Power Limited etc.

She possesses excellent relationship management skills and outstanding negotiation skills.

Mr. Sukhvinder Gulati is MBA (Finance) from Symbiosis, Pune. He holds around 3 Years of work experience in Corporate Finance & Equity Research.

He is having extensive grasp on Multi sector Financial analysis.

Mr. Saurabh Bhatnagar has done his MBA from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Nagpur. He hold more than 2.5 Years of work experience in Corporate Finance & Financial Research. On the Corporate Finance side his experience includes research on the debt products and structuring of the bankable information memorandum.
