Mr. Prem Singh, Chairman is a Fellow - Centre for International Affairs, Harvard University, USA and holds Masters Degree in Political Science, Lucknow University, Lucknow, U.P. He has an experience of more than 50 years of serving Government of India at various important positions. The various important positions held by him are:

Mr. Ved Jain is law graduate from Delhi University. He completed his Chartered Accountancy Course in 1976, with Merit list both in Intermediate and Final Examination.

He is a Practicing Chartered Accountant with 32 years of experience.

Mr. Himanshu Goyal is a law graduate from Rajasthan University. He is a Practicing Chartered Accountant with more than 8 years of experience. Along with an expertise in handling varied tax matters at CIT(A), ITAT and CBDT level, he provides tax advisory services to various PSU’s and Institutions.

Mr. Himanshu Goyal is a Member Executive Committee of Patparganj CPE Study Circle of ICAI. He is also a Special Invitee on various committees of ICAI.

He was earlier associated with Vedanta Resources Plc as Team member Corporate Business Planning in 2005.

Mr. Hitender Mehta is a Prominent Legal Advisor known for his expertise in corporate, tax and business advisory services in infrastructure (Real Estate/Power/Telecom/Ports), service tax, capital market, corporate laws and specifically for SEZ Policy and procedures.

He is the former Chairman of NIRC of ICSI. Also, he is a Fellow member of ICAI and a law graduate. Mr. Mehta is also a Member, Advisory Board of National Law University, Jodhpur.

Mr. Mehta has authored books on Law and Practice relating to Special Economic Zones, Master Guide to Limited Liability Partnerships and has co-edited a publication of the firm Think Business Think India

In NEXGEN, he is responsible for deal flow and for formation of growth strategy.

Mr. Anoop Murari has done M.Sc. (Chemistry) from Indian Institute of Technology and Masters in Business Administration from IIM, Calcutta. He has served top coporate houses such as Union Carbide India Ltd., Shipping Corporation of India, W.J. Towell and Company, Muscat, Killick Nixon Ltd., Apple Computers Inc. and Turner Morrison Ltd.

Presently, he is rendering independent financial advisory and consultancy in corporate finance and Investment banking particularly in raising funds (Debt and Equity) via national and international route.

His excellent corporate relationship provides a good deal flow to NEXGEN.
