Mr. Sanjeev Gupta has more than 17 years of experience in Merchant Banking, Corporate Finance & Advisory. He has to his credit more than Rs. 18,000 Cr of Fund Raising (including Equity and Debt) during his stints with various companies in last 17 years. He has successfully raised funds both in India and outside India.

He is a Chartered Accountant and has also been trained in due-diligence, private equity, valuation of enterprise and venture capital industry in Singapore. He has worked with various investment banking and merchant banking companies at important positions including NEXGEN Capitals Limited as MD, Allianz Securities Ltd as ED and RR Financial Consultants Ltd as Sr. VP.

Besides fund raising, he has spearheaded the Global Advisory Mandate on behalf of Government of Punjab and has also been a part of ‘World Bank Advisory Team’ formed in association with Pradeshiya Industrial & Investment Corporation of Uttar Pradesh (PICUP).

Mr. Dev Raj Goel is a retired Senior Government Official and has served many prestigious positions during his tenure with Government of Delhi. Apart from his excellent relationship skills, he has enviable networking with many bureaucrats especially in banking and finance industry. He holds a Master’s Degree in Arts and Education, Bachelor degree in Law and Diploma in Planning and Management from National Institute of Education Planning and Administration (NIEPA).
